Unagi Restaurant
Started business in 1893, moved to the Shinbashi area since 1930. Their special sweet sauce is called "Oowada Blend". Unagi food will be served with the world famous "Wajima nuri" style of Japanese lacquerware. The simple interior is made of traditional Japanese style. You will be greeted by female staff wearing Japanese kimono. English menu available.

We are a non profit organization consist of groups of individuals who live in Shinbashi area through many generations. Our mission is to connect people who live, work, or visit within the region and invigorate our local communities.
This content is managed and maintained by a young generation group within our community called SSS, or Shinbashi Seinen Shinkokai. Most of the members here have each job during the day, and voluntarily gather to serve the community. We are not a professional tour guide, but we hope that this content will help you find the information you need which you won't find in your travel guidebook.
